Who are the known children of Sir Thomas Knollys, Lord Mayer of London 1410 and M.P for the City of London? From what I can tell, it seems he had nineteen children, but only four sons and three daughters survived him. Some sources state that he had a daughter, Isabell, who married Thomas Moyle, mother of Walter Moyle, grandfather of Thomas Moyle, Speaker of the House of Commons. This family is ancestral to Reverend Hawte Wyatt, Gateway Ancestor.

"Some sources state that he had a daughter, Isabell, who married Thomas Moyle"

What might these sources be? If it's the WikiTree pedigree for Isabell Finch Moyle, only Ancestral File entries are given as sources - hardly reliable.
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Knollys-23

And a pedigree of the Moyle family in Miscellanea Genealogical et Heraldica, 5th series, 4:229 (available online via the FHL catalog) says that Sir Walter Moyle, grandfather of Sir Thomas the Speaker, was the son of Henry [not Thomas] Moyle of Bodmin by an unknown wife. Do you have a source - other than WikiTree or the AF - for a different father for Sir Walter?

Finally, the HOP bio for Sir Thomas Knollys (d. 1435) says that, although his epitaph says that he and his wife had 19 children, only 3 daughters and 2 sons are mentioned in his will. What source says that "four sons and three daughters survived him"?

One small correction to this pedigree.
Or addition, however you want to view it.

Benedicta aka Bennet Moyle was twice married
Firstly to Francis Bourne and then to John Hoskyns by which she was the mother of Bennet Hoskyns 1st Baronet
